FIRST CLASS SOFAS Terms And Conditions1.0 Returns and Refunds

1.1 You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.​

1.2 Customers will be responsible for paying any delivery charges associated with the return.

1.3 Customers will be responsible for paying the restocking fee of 10% of the order price on top of any other charges.

1.4 Other charges may apply.

1.5 Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.

1.6 If a sofa is made or order processed & a customer wishes to cancel the order, they will lose their deposit, or if paid in full 50% of the order price to cover the costs of manufacturing their sofa.

1.7 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

1.8 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

1.9 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

1.10 Due to the customised nature of bespoke orders, we do not accept refunds for bespoke orders under any circumstances.
